This Hydraulic Park Lock can be installed inline in the brake fluid lines to hold your vehicle in place when it is parked. To operate the parking lock, press down and hold the brake pedal, then push the park lock button and release the brakes. The hydraulic park lock holds the brake pressure in place keeping your car from rolling away. The park lock has 1/8″ NPT inlet and outlets with 3/16″ SAE fittings installed to connect to the brake system. The park lock can not be used as an emergency brake.
