Bosch 02006 Ignition Condenser works in conjunction with the points and installs on the side the distributor. The condenser hooks up to the negative ( – or 1) side of the coil as well as the points (inside the distributor). The condenser fits 1961 through 1964 Beetles and Karmann Ghias, 1960 through 1963 Type 2 Bus models, and 1962 through 1963 Type 3s.
