Front Conversion Bumper Brackets allow you to mount early Type 1(1954-67 Beetle) blade bumpers on a 1968 to 73 Standard Beetle. Conversion brackets do not fit Super Beetle models. These conversion brackets bolt directly onto the front and exit out of the stock fender at the bracket hole. Conversion brackets have the same base as stock brackets where they mount to car, then taper down to an early bracket dimension where they pass through fender. The brackets are satin black powder coated and sold as a pair.
